By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, in which case “you” and “your” refer to that entity.

2. Accounts

Some parts of the Service may require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

3. The Service; Informational Use Only

The Service curates and publishes blog posts, tool listings, and related content for informational purposes only. Bio.Dev does not provide medical, legal, investment, or regulatory advice and does not diagnose, treat, or recommend specific therapies. Always perform your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before relying on information found through the Service. Content may be created by us, third parties, or AI-assisted systems and may contain errors or be incomplete.

4. Third‑Party Tools, Links & Listings

The Service may include links to third‑party websites, software, models, libraries, datasets, or other products (collectively, “Third‑Party Tools”). We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for Third‑Party Tools. Your use of Third‑Party Tools is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms, licenses, fees, and privacy practices. Tool descriptions, ratings, badges, and comparisons are provided for convenience only and are not endorsements or guarantees. We may receive referral fees or other consideration in connection with certain listings; where applicable, we will disclose such relationships.

5. User Content & Submissions

You may submit content such as comments, reviews, ratings, tool suggestions, or feedback (“User Content”). You retain your ownership rights in User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Bio.Dev a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display), publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or refuse to display any User Content, and to block or terminate users, at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not: - Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate any law or rights of others. - Post content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, infringes IP or privacy rights, or contains personal data without consent. - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or imply an endorsement by Bio.Dev without our consent. - Interfere with the Service’s operation or security, including by introducing malware, scraping at a rate or manner that degrades the Service, bypassing rate limits or access controls, or attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities. - Copy, aggregate, or harvest content (including tool listings and metadata) to create a competing service or dataset, except as permitted by express written permission or an API license from Bio.Dev. - Use automated means (bots, spiders, crawlers) other than in compliance with our robots.txt and any published API terms.

We may take any action we deem necessary to protect the Service and our users, including throttling, blocking, or terminating access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service (including text, design, logos, compilations, and software) is owned by Bio.Dev or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, no license or right is granted by implication or otherwise. You may not remove proprietary notices, and you may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use the Feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bio.Dev regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without restriction.
